Digital Downloads:

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Please be sure to read the product description carefully and reach out with any questions before making a purchase.

If you experience any issues with your download or file access, feel free to contact me, I am happy to help resolve technical problems.

 

T-Shirts & Other Physical Items: 

Slow Fashion: 14-day exchange window from delivery. Items must be unwashed and unworn. Customer pays return shipping. Store credit issued (excludes original shipping) after item is received. 
Cancel Order: Cancel anytime before printing starts. After printing, returns required for refund (shipping not refunded).
Missing/Damaged: Email ruthscoloring@gmail.com with your order number and photos if your order is missing, stolen, damaged, or incorrect I'll help!
Final Sale: Custom and sale items are non-returnable.
